Our investment group affiliate recently completed negotiations with a substantial private source of developmental funds in Latin America which will be the financial base of their operations in Latin America for the foreseeable future. With the advent of new land laws/regulations as well as the economic growth in tourism south of our border, we see Latin America as a "hotbed" of new development for the next five to ten years. It is our hope to capitalize on the potential in this exploding sector.
