To Pinoys working abroad, do you think going back home to work will solve the brain drain in the Philippines?
It has been said that due to the increase of Filipino Overseas Workers, there is a significant brain drain on specialized fields like Medicine, IT and Scientific Industries. However, the biggest thing keeping the country afloat right now is the remittances we send from abroad. Improvements in the nation can only be done with workers who are skilled and the best at what they do, how will the country improve if these same workers are all abroad?
improvements will be made if law enforcers are tough on crime and corruption. that’s the solution. tax evasion and corruption should be eliminated from this country. and people should be disciplined, too. after solving the government problem, Filipinos won’t go abroad anymore.
