Tubing Heavy

1.Plastic capillary tubes are nonpolar. If plastic capillary tubes with the same diameter were substituted for the glass tubes, how would you expect the height of the liquids in the capillary tubes to be affected? Explain your answer.
2.In addition to polarity, density affects the height a liquid may reach in a capillary tube. Heavy water contianing the heavier hydrogen isotope, deuterium, is chemically identical to water, but has a higher molar mass (20.0g/mole) and density (1.11g/ mol). How would you expect the height of a heavy water in a capillary tube to compare to normal ones?
height lowered as glass is more polar
be less as gravity is more important relativley speaking
